  • Rates are in Philippine Peso (Php) with indicated inclusions, subject to change without prior notice.
  • Super Peak season (December - Christmas & New Year, January to February - Chinese New Year, March to April - Holy Week). Guaranteed booking is required during this season and surcharge apply.
  • Confirmed booking requires full payment. Please send/remit payments to bank details below.
  • Once payment has been made, a proof of payment should be faxed at +632 5719545, attention to Ph Island Travel & Tours / Booking Payment.
  • Cancellation charges
    • FULL Charge - Cancellation with Three (3) days prior to schedule.
    • 50% Charge - Cancellation with Seven (7) days prior to schedule.
    • 20% Charge - Cancellation with Fifteen (15) days prior to schedule.
  • Only written cancellation or notification letter will be considered, kindly fax it to +632.5719545 for validation of cancellation charges.
  • Force Majeure / Acts of Nature - Ph Island Travel & Tours shall not be held liable from failure to comply with the pre-arranged tours/bookings. Ph Island shall endeavor to rebook or revise the same tour under the same terms during allowable circumstance(s) only.
  • No last minute revision - All changes on bookings shall be made at least ten (10) days before scheduled date.

FORCE MAJEURE - means acts of God, beyond the control of the reserving party.
